The veil that results is then piled in the web forming operation, then consolidated by means either of the processes of needle-punching or thermo-bonding, depending on the technical characteristics desired for the final product. Thanks to the capabilities of our industrial facility, we can mix natural fibers among themselves or mix them with polyester or other special fibers. To give to the non-woven product additional characteristics or performance abilities, the fibers can be subjected to various treatments applied during the fabrication process.
Our equipment allows us to incorporate microcapsules with the objective of providing the final product with new properties. Furthermore, to solve challenges presented by our customers, our non-woven products can be laminated in multiple layers. The product initial strip can be trimmed to obtain rolls of the desired width. Depending on the product weight and dimensions, it is also possible to produce panels. Being very sensitive to the principle of sustainable development, we recycle, by fraying, the totality of our fabrication waste.
